Do I need a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins?
- Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours. We do accept walk-ins based on availability.
How can I make a booking?
- Bookings can be made online via Dineplan, or by calling the restaurant directly at 021 109 0084.
Do you cater for dietary restrictions or allergies?
- Yes, we do. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs when making your reservation or inform your server on arrival.
Are children welcome?
- Children are welcome at our restaurant. We have a high chair available, and our kitchen is happy to accommodate younger guests with tailored options, for example, preparing meals without spices or offering simple favourites like scrambled egg and avocado.
Do you host private events or large group bookings?
- Yes. Whether you’re planning a birthday, corporate function, or celebration, our venue offers an exceptional space for private and group events. Contact us for more information.
Is parking available?
- Plenty of on street parking available around the restaurant, in Loop or Longmarket Street. Alternatively, there is a large, secure parking lot at the top of Shortmarket street (Riebeeck Square) – about a 2 minute walk from Florentin.
Are your venues wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, our restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you require any additional assistance.
Are dogs allowed?
- Dogs are unfortunately not permitted in our main dining area, as we are an indoor-only venue and this makes it difficult to accommodate pets. However, if you have a small pup and contact us in advance, we may be able to seat you on our café side.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
- Yes. Gift vouchers are available and can be used at any of our restaurants-perfect for special occasions or as a thoughtful treat.
